Service Description

Katherine's signature DC Women tour is a primer in women's roles in Washington, DC in achieving freedom, political change, reform, and historic preservation from the early days of the republic to the present. On this tour, guests will learn the stories of Suffragettes who fought for women's right to vote, middle class women who sought international economic reform, women's roles in war, international women activists, women of color who fought for fundamental human rights, and First Ladies who sought change while living in the White House. It is a grand tour of more than two centuries of women's history that will leave guests astounded at the many and varied roles women have played in U.S. history from the very foundation of the country.
